In all of my fairly extensive experience with online purchasing, I have never before encountered such an amazingly positive customer service from any other source. I had ordered a Honda CRV Spare Tire Cover from Dynagraphics. It ended up being too small, but I didn't bother following up with the company. When they contacted me to ask for my input and satisfaction of their product I mentioned that their mailing was quick but that the tire cover never quite fit. I gave them the tire specs and they immediately sent me another new one with a return postage paid envelope so I could send back the smaller cover. I was blown away with their unbelievably proactive customer service efforts and response. I would use them again for any products they supply. This company deserves a 5 star plus rating! *******
to figure out from the photo will this cover actually function as an acceptable replacement for my original Honda CRV spare tire cover that was original ( 1998 ). Regardless, when it arrived it was easy to install and has a very snug fit. Already had the car through the car wash a number of times and on the highway for long trips without incident. Just like the Honda provided spare tire cover, but without the annoying zipper at the bottom of the cover that over time became inoperable. Also, the HONDA CRV logo is the same size and color as that on the original cover. Very pleased with the price and the product, and of course would highly recommend it as a replacement.
