I decided to buy this wheel cover after my OEM cover had "rotted". One reviewer had her "Tweety Bird" stolen within days of receiving and installing it, so I decided not to order that one. The advertisement said it fit 29-31 inch tires - - it actually fits 27-to something larger than 31 inch. I actually considered returning it because it was TOO LARGE for my 29-inch tire. After cinching it up as tight as possible, there are still some folding over on the edge that cannot be tightened up, but it will do. I can't see spending more than $25 to protect a $50 tire.
