The weights are ... well ... weights. You can't really mess them up, either they weigh something, or they don't. These are perfectly adequate wheel balancing weights.
The shipment arrived on the last day of the expected shipping window. This was a little disappointing because most sellers (including the other three I purchased from at the same time) actually have the product in my hand in the early days of the shipping window, and often BEFORE.
