The site says these will fit duallys but the spring retainers supplied with the exstenders can not be used on 2004 Ford factory F-350 custom alum.wheels because the factory alum wheel openings are tapered and too thick. I was able to install by plastic cable tieing the extenders to the metal valve stems in thje outer wheels. On my truck the valve stems are located in the same position directly opposite each other. I also used the 135 degree valve stem extension which worked when tieing the extenders to them.

I really needed a little bit longer lines to replace the lines that were there, so even though these were a little short they did the job.
