They are made in China, and the English on the back of the package is screwed up so I could not decipher what they implied.
The kit comes with the lock screw & hex (Allen) key. Note, that the lock screws are ultra tiny and if you drop one on the ground, good luck finding it.
They are not heavy enough to throw wheels out of balance, and make the wheels look nicer. I question the durability of the Acura logo, as it is probably put on the cap by weak adhesive or both-sided tape.

These valve caps look good, and fit well. The hex screw, used to prevent theft, is optional. You do not have to use it if you don't want to. The only drawback is the weight. These things are no joke. They are very heavy, and may change the balance of the tire. I haven't noticed anything while driving, but there's probably a little wobble added to the balance. It may not affect anything though. UPDATE: The hex screws started rusting and dripped some rust on the valve caps and wheels. They are cheap metal screws. The caps are chrome and have not rusted.
