These wheel simulators are high quality and look great. They made the truck look a whole lot better. You cannot beat the maintenance factor of stainless. The screw on cap design works great, it would be INCREDIBLY hard to loose a center cap. Can be used on two or four wheel drive trucks with lockouts as well, just pop the center out. Word to the wise though, be careful on initial install/wheel changes and when taking off or putting on valve caps, inside edges of these tend to be sharp. Great Product and ships FAST! I will never lose another hubcap. These are not going anywhere. The center cap screws on with 2 stainless screws to the retainer which is bolted on along with the simulator. I put a little locktite on them and it shouldn't ever go anywhere either. I installed them on a 99 Chevy 3500 and for the life of me I read the instructions (online and in print) 5 times before I noticed the writing in between the numbered instructions in the otherwise black borders that included the actual instructions for those with GM's. If your unlucky like me you have to jack up the vehicle and remove all the lug nuts and the 1/2 thick wheel retaining ring, then slip the simulator on, then put the wheel retainer inside the hub cap retainer and bolt the whole thing back up. Its a bear to do the rears, if you have a motorhome like I do you have to break out the 10 ton bottle jack and blocking to get it just to put on some hubcaps. It would be smarter to just bring them to the tire shop and have them put on, except I just bought my tires. I would buy these again, the windows are a bit smaller than some I have seen but the look is great and they aren't going anywhere.
