We use these tubes for floating on a river. They are a good size for kids. These work ok for small to average size adults. I don't think a large adult would be able to balance on one of these.

Tube type tires are pretty rare these days so finding a tube can be difficult. Amazon came through with a good quality inner tube at a great price, shipped it quickly and solved my problem.
