Your website promised this item would fit my car - it didn't. I went through the whole hassle of ordering, waiting, receiving, and then being told by my mechanic that these lug nuts did not fit my car, a 2005 Toyota Avalon. Then when I returned this item I asked for a refund of the shipping cost because I was ill-advised, and was refused this as well.
