It's a tire, for use in non-critical applications. Inexpensive, holds air, good balance of traction/don't harm the lawn. Not much else to say.

One of the tires of our hand truck got sliced through both the tire and the tube. I checked locally but couldn't find any replacement tires and tubes, and found these tires on Amazon. I paired them with these tubes by Oregon, and they worked together perfectly.

Note that getting the replacement tires onto the rims is a chore. I found a video on a popular video site by searching on "How to Mount a Small Tire on Wheel", which shows a technique to use small c-clamps and a large screwdriver to get the wheels on the rims. It worked great, although it was still a challenge.

Now that the tires are mounted, the hand truck is ready to go. We already moved a few things with it, and these tires work great, and feel like good quality for the price.
