Yes, it's a tire - a simple, inexpensive tire. BUT - the one that was on my lawn mower (a zero-turn) came off the hub and got too deformed to put back on. The problem was that two weeks of on-off heavy rain resulted in 2+ acres of grass nearly a foot high. I spent ages trying to find an online store with the tire at a good price AND that could get it to me on Saturday morning - this was late Thursday night. It arrived on time and I went about my mowing business.
