I don't have a small fortune to keep refinishing damaged wheels, so this brush gets the job done safely. This brush works best on wheels that receive regular care. Really neglected wheels may require something a bit stiffer. The brush began falling apart on the first use and only lasted about 6 washes. I lost more and more chunks of the horse hair every time I used it. If it stayed together it would be a nice brush.
