When the kit arrived I discovered that the tire was not mounted to the rim. Fortunately, my local tire shop mounted it for me at no charge. It is an OEM kit and was fast and easy to install. The only disappointment was that the tire was not mounted and it did not qualify for free shipping. I thought that the $49 shipping charge was a bit excessive..

I bought a Hyundai Elantra this week. They did not tell me that the car had no spare tire until I opened the trunk to look under the mat. I think this is an outrage!!I have been purchasing new cars for all of my life (I am a grandmother), and I have NEVER encountered this situation. My current budget does not include this amount of money. What the heck shall I do if I get an unrepairable flat tire?????
