This product really does a great job. If your wheels havent been cared very well then it will be not that easy to take off the brake dust. I got a Benz that had all 4 wheels with a heavy coat of brake dust, specially on the front wheels. I tried taking it off with regular detergent and a brush but it didnt come off so i got this wheel cleaner and tried it.

It doesnt really work like it says... "spray it on, let it work and rinse off"... you have to do a small job too, just apply it and scrub it with any wheel brush and you will be amazed how good it takes off the brake dust.

I rated it 4 stars beause i noticed that it dries very quick and if this happens your wheels will get a little stained... which comes off after two more washes but anyway... that could be improved.

Read other reviews and gave a try. Would not remove simple brake dust. Have used Simple Green and Citrus based cleaners before and will go back to these. Less expensive and work much better
