These things seem to work really well and make it a little quicker to check tire pressures on something you monitor often. The only draw back is that a regular screw on cap acts as a bit of back up to the schrader valve in keeping the tire inflated, but typically a schrader valve doesn't leak if it isn't dirty or abused, and these caps will keep them clean. While they seem to stick on well, I still wouldn't use them on an kind of performance or off road vehicle, mine are on my work truck that I check the tire pressures on constantly to help my tires last and use less fuel.
