This part worked great. Make sure the problem is not your front axle disconnect as this was my problem. I decided to do both even though the old actuator was still working as the cost was not huge.

Tried to save a customer some money - just wasted a lot of time. Received part sooner than expected, but when installed it did not work. Obtained another Dorman 600-103 locally - but it did not work either. Received no charge replacements for both - AND NONE OF THEM WORKED! By this time DAYS have passed and customer is getting understandably irate. We finally gave up and installed the Genuine GM Part - which immediately worked as it should. Customer agreed to pay for the GM part after seeing the problems we had with this one - but we ate a lot of parts and service time. Lesson learned.
