I was a bit worried about purchasing a used product online but the shippers of this product turned out to be honest and very forth coming about the wheel center cap I purchased. They said it was used and in good condition which was an understatement really because it arrived in almost perfect condition. There was a very minor defect on the perimeter of the cap that is not noticeable at all once placed on the vehicle. It was not shiny and new which I was trying to avoid in order to have all the center caps match (my bf has a 99 Civic so his center caps are duller than a brand new set would be).
