The Amazon add photo showed red and blue stripes around the outside of the rim just like my other trailer wheels. A perfect match indeed! However, the wheel I received did not have stripes whatsoever.
The company said they were out of the stripped rims and substituted a plain rim. They would be happy to send another rim when one came in or they would give me a full refund if I wanted to return the plain rim.
They were good enough in their offer to replace the rim or refund my money. My question is this: Why would they send me a plain rim if they were out of the stripped rim? Why not call or e-mail me to see if a plain rim would be acceptable?
