I run tubeless road tires on a set of Mavic Ksyriums and the valve stem hole was too large for all the tubeless stems I tried. The design of this one worked perfectly though I did have to mount the tire with the stem pushed into the tire and then tighten it down. It sealed up perfectly and is air-tight. Another 20mm of length would be nice.

Used these in a set of Bontrager TLR rims with the Bonty specific TLR rim strips. Sealed perfect first time. Zero seepage.Going on 2 weeks now. Obviously if sealant is leaking out of your spoke holes, then you have no clue what you are doing and should spend more time socializing with people who ride bikes. Perhaps in a bike shop even? Love the red color too. Very cool.
