For $15 this is a great wheel cover. It has a thick/heavy outside cover and a padded/insulating inner lining. The color looked more charcoal or grey in the picture, but it is actually a good solid black.

Bought this to cover a full size spare tire in the trunk of a 07 Ford Crown Victoria tire size 235/55/17 Goodyear and it fits perfectly with no problems pulling cover over tire. I recommend this to anyone.
