JEGS Performance Products 00003 Tire Totes

First of, be advised that they come in pairs, meaning that you need 2 pairs for your whole set, and they don't include the wheel felts, they are sold separately.

I bought two pairs to store my stock wheels on summer, and wanted something cheap that wouldn't look so terrible bad on my basement.
As I said, they come in pairs and don't include the felts, so the cheap part of the deal was obviated, but the totes are worth the money. Constructions seems a bit flimsy, especially on the handle, but the system proved to be up to the task so far. I haven't been carrying them around for too long, but I managed to take them 2 flights of stairs with no drama of the velcro or handle ripping off as I was expecting from a 225/45/17 tire with stock wheels that weights a bit over 45 lbs. combined.

Fitment is awesome, and securing the tire inside it's a piece of cake. Not sure how well they can withstand in the outside, but my basement is usually very dusty so that alone should be a test they have to endure over the next years.

They seem to be the exact same as the Michelin's, and those sold by Tirerack, Audi and Porsche, the price is quite similar too, so it's just a matter of personal preference, I opted for the more generic look.

I would highly recommend them, but if you have stretched tires over your wheels, you better buy the felts as well, otherwise the wheel will be scratched to death when storing. Oh, and take in mind that a wheel without tire will be too small for these unless it's something big as a 20".

I recently purchased winter tires for my car and needed a good way to store the summer tires. These were just right for the task. They provide an easy way to store the tires, and keep a stack in the garage. They fit my 205/50R17 tires just fine. They also seem plenty sturdy for hauling the tires. My tires were too large to all go in my trunk to get home, so 2 in the back seat, 2 in the trunk worked fine. And I could easily lift them out, then just roll them to their place in the garage. I'd recommend these for your second set of tires, for sure.
