The product description for this cover should state that it will not fit wide tires. The only measurement it provides is the diameter. I have a 27" wheel so I decided to order the 29.5-32.5 diameter cover because my tire is wide (10"). It is still too small. The elastic barely reaches the back side of the tire. Since I don't see a larger size I am just going to live with it. Also, the shipping for this was very slow.

When the cover was streched out to fit the tire the elastic string broke. I called the company and they promptly sent me a replacement.
