Well... that, and the price is not bad compared to what they were charging for the banded style of TPMS sensors from just a few model years ago.
Bought these for my 2013 Ford Flex. I barely cracked the box to take a peek at one of them -- basically just handed them over to the tech at the tire shop to install on my new wheels. I'm assuming they didn't have any problem to get them linked to my vehicle's TPMS system, because they had these mounted to the new wheels and the vehicle off the rack in about 30 minutes.
The car hasn't hiccuped one bit, i.e. no TPMS warning light. They were happy, I'm happy, end of story. Of course I'll update this review if any problems arise.
